    • Market Forge Autoclaves and Sterilizers

    Market Forge Sterilmatic STM-E, STM-EL, and STM-ED are well known, highly reliable, and easy to operate sterilizers used within the food processing, industrial, laboratory, cannabis labs, and veterinary environments for decades. With a large chamber size, the Market Forge sterilizer can handle glassware, liquids, rubber products, and anything else requiring sterilization.

    Sterilizers manufactured by Market Forge are widely regarded for being fast and efficient in their startup time. From a cold start, items are ready to be sterilized in 8 minutes, and from a warm start, it only takes 4 minutes to begin a new sterilization cycle. It is important to note that the Sterilmatic autoclave's self-sealing and self-aligning chamber door remains closed during sterilization, and will not open until the pressure is released following the finish of the sterilization cycle. It will automatically switch off and expel the steam that has been accumulated. With the simple to operate controls on the front of the Sterilmatic autoclave, an operator can easily adjust the cycle time, the exhaust cycle time, as well as the chamber temperature. In addition to the water level indicator, pressure gauge, and thermostat, there is also an indicator for low water.
