This kit includes the following:

1ea. Test-I Test Point Board

For troubleshooting and calibrating the autoclave.
The Test Point Board enables you to check and monitor all the test points on the Ajunc Board without having to search for resistor or chip legs. The test board comes with a ribbon cable and board with the test points clearly marked for easy and convenient access. See sections 7, 8, and 9 in the Technicians Repair Manual for Automatic Autoclaves or sections 6 and 10 in the “EHS” Technicians Manual for further information on using this test device.

1ea. Test-2 Pressure Tester

For pressure calibration of the autoclave.
The Test Pressure Gauge is a good quality pressure gauge with the appropriate piping and connectors to enable it to attach to the Chamber. The Test Pressure Gauge is needed when calibrating or monitoring the pressure inside the chamber. See section 8.5 in the Technicians Repair Manual for Automatic Autoclaves for further information on using this test device.

1ea. Test-7 PT-100 Simulator

For temperature calibration of the autoclave.
A test box used to simulate the PT-100 temperature sensor. The capability of simulating high and low temperature makes this a valuable tool for calibrating the temperature in units with an Ajunc 3 board. See section 8.4 in the Technicians Repair Manual for Automatic Autoclaves or section 5 in the ‘EHS” Technicians Manual for further information on using this test device.
