Well maintained Pelton Crane Validator 10 Plus fully automatic autoclave sterilizer . Not only are we willing to stand behind it with a 90 day warranty, this unit fully meets the approval of our factory trained and certified technician. He has inspected this autoclave from the inside and out, then calibrated and spore tested to manufacturer's specifications. It comes with the operator’s manual, two trays, and 5 free spore indicator strips.

This autoclave has been through our standard refurbishment process as follows

  1. Remove Cover and Tank - Inspect and order any needed parts
  2. Tear down and remove condesro tube, safety valve, chamber filter, reservoir filter and overtemp thermostat
  3. Clean reservoir tank by flushing
  4. Clean and polish chamber and reservoir and blow out all lines
  5. Replace safety valve
  6. Install Solid State Relay
  7. Replace condenser tube
  8. Replace overheat thermostat 
  9. Check and lube door closure. Replace door gasket
 10. Continue testing over and over fro quality control
 11. Demineralize with autoclave cleaner 
 12. Complete sucessful spore test
 13. Check calibration to manufacturer's specifications

The Pelton Crane Validator 10 Plus Autoclave is designed for the busy surgery center, medical or industrial lab, physician office, dental office, veterinary practice, or tattoo shop. The roomy 10" x 17.5" stainless steel chamber is suitable for sterilization of liquids, media, instruments, glassware, or waste.
