He has inspected this autoclave from the inside and out, then calibrated and spore tested to manufacturer's specifications. It comes with the operator’s manual, a large and small tray, and 5 free spore indicator strips.

You load it....set it...and forget it. Select your cycle and the time is set for you. Press start and the Midmark M11 Ultraclave fills, sterilizes and exhaust automatically. Door opens at the end of the cycle to dissipate the steam.

7. Clean chamber and all visible areas

10. Clean bottom plate, install
11. Install drain hose
12. install Water level sensor MIS075
13. Install Safety valve 002-0359-01
14. Install door Switch Assembly  MIS095
15. Calibrate temp/pressure
16. Replace high pressure hose bulk
17. Replace chamber filter MIF062
18. Install door MIG028 and dam gasket MIG036
19. Install Door spring MIS076
20. Check reservoir tank /Run Speedcleaner
21. Polish tray or tray plate  MRC Tray Polish
