Ritter by Midmark M9D Autoclave Sterilizer (Ultraclave) - Refurbished

This is a super clean Midmark/Ritter M9D autoclave (Ultraclave) . Not only are we willing to stand behind it with a 90 day warranty, this unit fully meets the approval of our trained and certified technician.He has inspected this autoclave from the inside and out, then calibrated and spore tested to manufacturer's specifications. It comes with the operators manual, a large and small tray, and 5 free spore indicator strips.

This M9D Autoclave Sterilizer has been through our standard restoration process as follows:

1. Remove motherboard and replace necessary components
2. Clean reservoir tank by flusing
3. Take off door cover, clean and lube door latch mechanism
4. Clean interior of door cover
5. Install new heating element
6. Install new OT thermostat
7. Clean bottom plate, install
8. Install new bellows
9. Install new door switch
10. Install new drain hose
11. Install new safety valve
12. Install new wire harness
13. Reinstall motherboard with test gauge
14. Calibrate temp/pressure to factory specifications with factory calibration equipment
15. Replace high pressure hose
16. Replace chamber filter
17. Install new door and dam gasket
18. Run Speedclean cycle to demineralize internal tubing and components as per factory specifications
19. Run spore test
20. Continue to test over and over to insure quality
