Our extensive parts supply and a state of the art repair facility guarantees reliable and precise diagnostics. The thorough inspection works to minimize your downtime by repairing “problems in the making”.

The autoclave arrived and it was immediately bench tested. A thorough inspection was performed and a standard lists of parts were replaced. The machine is cleaned, repaired, flushed, calibrated, tested and spore tested to insure factory specifications. All preventitve maintenance is performed as well.

This unit has been through our intense restoration process.

1. check the chamber for pressure leaks
2. clean the reservoir tanks by flushing
3. clean the rear screen
4. replace the safety valve
5. replace the air trap valve
6. clean and polish the chamber and all visible areas
7. replace the door switch
8. check and lube the door closure
9. replace the door bellows
10. install new door gasket
11. Install new HEPA filter
12. check reservoir tank
13. calibrate to manufacturer's specifications
14. spore test
15. clean with chamberbrite
16. continue testing over and over again to insure quality control
