We have a 1730 Tuttnauer autoclave and just purchased a piece of equipment that required a larger autoclave. I spoke with the Tuttnauer rep in this area, but found your web site and learned after speaking with Angi that you had some refurbished ones. She was incredibly helpful and we spoke several times on getting the EZ9 refurbished one. When the MicroAire rep was here and I was conferring with the doctor and him, we found a competitor's web site and learned we could get a better price for a new one with a 2 year warranty. They said "buy it!" I said "no way.". I have to give Angi at Boothmed the information and see if she can be competitive on this. I told them I had already developed a relationship with her and she had been so helpful I wanted to give her the sale...if it was possible.

I called Angi and just as patient as she was yesterday, she got me all the information. Because of her time and attention and also her guiding me through measurements etc., I took out my credit card and bought both the Autoclave and the Ultrasonic cleaner from her.

I do a lot of work with the laser lipo company and often am a referral source for their Laser Lipo products and speak with doctors on their behalf. I know who they use for supplies and he quoted me a much higher price. I wanted to tell you that because of Angi, your company, it's pricing and customer service, I plan to give them all the information on BoothMed.

I know that when you have staff like Angi, the leadership comes from the top. Kudos to you, your company and your staff.
