He has inspected this autoclave from the inside and out, then calibrated and spore tested to manufacturer's specifications. The Tuttnauer 2340m manual autoclave is a work horse tried and true. It is designed for the industrial lab, surgery center, physician office, family practice, dental office, veterinary practice, or tattoo shop. The roomy 9" x 18" stainless steel chamber is suitable for sterilization of liquids, media, instruments, glassware, clothing, needles or waste.

    1. Inspect and order any needed parts
 2. Check chamber for pressure leaks
 3. Clean reservoir tank by flushing
 4. Replace safety valve
 6. Replace air jet trap valve
 7. Clean and polish chamber and all visible areas
 8. Replace door switch
 9. Check, and lube door closure
10. Replace door bellows
11. Install new door gasket
13. Continue testing over and over fro quality control
14. Run chamber brite cleaner through autoclave
15. Run Spore Test
